  1. garlic ginger tumeric curcuma cumin .. bro did the ultimate "reduce inflamation, articulation pain" recipie lol

  2. Oooh, mint in a soup. That's new to me. I'll give it a try. Thank you for the recipes and on the ongoing quality information you provide.

  3. Whether you’re fighting an aggressive disease, or a young guy planning on living to 100, I hope today you can find peace with one of these powerfully healthy soups. And enjoy them with loved ones, including your self ❤

  4. I read on PubMed that miso raises the risk of cancer and mint will lower a man’s testosterone. I’ll try sumac powder instead of miso and maybe basil instead of mint.

  5. Wow, these soups look amazing and I’d eat every single one. I’m going to watch again and write down the recipes. Love the idea of taking some soup and liquidising with miso and other flavours to add back in for a thicker nourishing meal. Yum. ❤

Please could I be a bit controversial and ask for no music? If a viewer likes music they can listen to their own choice of music while watching videos, but for those of us who have neurological conditions which are made difficult by the compulsory addition of frantic music onto everything we watch, it can be painful! I do hope it’s OK to ask? Bless you.
I need to turn off the volume on almost everything, except some cooking presenters now serve us just a lovely peaceful quiet video with the lovely sounds of cooking only. And I hate jazz too because it makes me feel buzzy and frantic 😂😂😂

  6. Can anyone recommend a good sos free veggie broth (that I can buy, not make)? Or, Alternatively, a seasoning combo I can add to water (instead of using veggie broth)? Thanks.

  7. Thank you for these recipes. I understand that I should avoid nutritional yeast as I have a diagnosis of Ulcerative Colitis ( although I have been in remission for over ten years).
Is there a substitute for nutritional yeast or can I just exclude it?

  8. My husband needs help he has

osteosclerosis in the ear but Nuffield health said his cochlea has received such little input in years that surgery on the ear won't fix the cochlea – I think this is a cop out- there is always a way to repair things- what is the doctor not telling him that will cause his hearing to decline because doctors ignoring his issue
