Eating meat alone you don't need to worry about that.
I eat a very high carb high glycemic low fat diet, lots of big potato meals with nothing else and lots of watermelon, and my fasting insulin on my last test was 2.3 and my a1c was 5.0
I've tried to explain this to many people who think that fruit is bad for them because of the sugar so many times but I'm not sure if they believe me because they have convinced themselves otherwise
