  1. Good ideas! (For those concerned of it not being enough food, Dr. Greger has mentioned in past that if you’re still hungry, it’s okay to eat more, the app/list is just a guide of how to hit target nutrients daily).

  2. Any chance you can also post some metrics, like top vitamines/minerals (ie:rich in…) and the protein & calorie counts. ✌️
