  1. There is more to milk and (skin) disease.

    Please look into:
    – Adebamowo et al 2004, 2006, 2008 (Harvard acne study)
    – Triolo et al 2002 regarding Behçet's

    (The last one gives indication that eggs might be involved in diseases as well)

  2. I've been vegan for about 9 month and just lately I started getting these things again – without any dairy! So there must be more to it than only milk and meat.

  3. I used to have these often when I was younger, painful. It hasn't occurred to me since watching this video, that I have not had one since going on a vegan diet.

  4. Hello. I used to get them around the same time every year during the prune season. No more prune tree now, so nowdays i noticed that old meat causes mine 100% of the time.
