There is more to milk and (skin) disease.
Please look into:
– Adebamowo et al 2004, 2006, 2008 (Harvard acne study)
– Triolo et al 2002 regarding Behçet's
(The last one gives indication that eggs might be involved in diseases as well)
milk is really evil and i cant believe nursing mothers are and will be feeding these substance to their young once =[
food has nothing to do with canker sores.
how come everyone eats food but only some get the sores?
I've been vegan for about 9 month and just lately I started getting these things again – without any dairy! So there must be more to it than only milk and meat.
I used to have these often when I was younger, painful. It hasn't occurred to me since watching this video, that I have not had one since going on a vegan diet.
I've had a few mouth ulcers since going on a vegan diet (6 months) however these mainly arose during times of stress.
milk is BAD
very interesting, thanks for sharing.
Hello. I used to get them around the same time every year during the prune season. No more prune tree now, so nowdays i noticed that old meat causes mine 100% of the time.
I can attest to the study it works for me when I went vegan all my canker sores went away and did not come back.
I have suffering from apthous ulcer for 5 years… Will it not be eradicated?
I dont drink milk or eat dairy at all.. but I got a huge canker on my tongue.
What about wheat? I feel like sometimes that does it for me?!?
Only once had ulcers and went away by itself within 10 days at age 59.
Correcting me: It may not have been ulcer but something called áften' on dutch language.
