Dear Dr. Greger,
Whatever makes your birthday bright,
and very pleasant too,
Whatever brings you added joy
that lasts the whole year through,
Whatever brings you happiness —-
that's what I wish for you!
Sincerely, Frances P. Gillespie
I’m a herbalist and rosemary has been a good guy for a long time.
for the people thatvare saying it doesn't work…what studies are you referencing that proves it doesn't work?
Happy Birthday G !
I’m going to stop using my ginger shampoo regularly. Excellent for preventing dandruff but I don’t want to prevent my hair growing too
A COMPARATIVE STUDY HAHAHA
but then… a head full of oil
Don't know about caffeine shampoo, but rosemary oil, decreased sugar, and drinking water help me t9 regrow my hair.
Love it. Let's not forget about derma rolling to regenerate new follicles.
What "favorite lotion" 3.13 min: would Dr. Greger mean at the end? Wouldn't lotion make your hair and scalp greasy?
Improve memory and chase the ghosts away at the same time 🙂
1:40 The image of balding mice feels cute.
I’ll believe when I see hair on the doctor’s pate.
If you someone can cure baldness, he/she will be the richest person on the planet today.
So Dr Greger, are you going to start rubbing rosemary oil on your balding scalp? Purely for scientific research of course. I will look forward to your finding for this anecdotal trial with baited breath.
here is another critique of the rosemary oil study: https://youtube.com/shorts/vpw4_jxDI0s?si
