@pdysillorequez You're welcome!
Kind of weird, considering that tofu seems to have a fair amount of fat per 100g compared to most fruits and vegetables. Wouldn't that put weight on, as opposed to take it off?
whats the difference between soy isolate and soy concentrate??
Question: How can you tell that soy will do that to fat cells when consumed in the body, after digestion? Wouldn't this be a different outcome and process than simply adding soy to a petri dish?
I guess what I'm asking is if soy can have this effect on fat cells, even if it did not come in physical contact with fat tissue? (assuming it doesn't).
I'd like to have a thinner waist, but I'm afraid of growing man-boobs and afraid of brain shrinkage.
Thank you for your work, Dr. Gregor.
I thought the latest info was that soy had to be avoided. Now I'm confused.
soy is a great food. crazy that it gets so much hate when there's so much good to say about it. I actually think its success itself explains the haters.
That's should be Non GMO Soy bean.
How much soy should a person consume and how frequently? What kind of results have been observed when humans do this?
Speaking of soy, I would love to see a video on nutrition for transgender health, especially in the context of hormone replacement therapy (HRT). It’s such an increasingly important field, and I’m sure there must be certain foods that are more or less beneficial depending on whether a person is taking estrogen or testosterone…
Kann bitte jemand eine kurze Zusammenfassung auf deutsch machen? Vielen Dank💕
