First found out about your channel from your first Apple Watch video. Love the fitness/health content. Keep at it!
Plateaued for a while, found your results using the Apple Watch calorie counter and it’s been really effective at week 7 of a 10 week deficit. Found the hardest thing for me is actually allowing myself to eat enough through the day and not trying to obsessively save calories for dinner and post dinner.
You can eat and drink anything you want with discipline you don’t need powders or any kind of things to bump you up you can have any kind of body you want by working consistently and I’m proof of that

I'm doing more leg workouts and yoga in routine. Weak core so threw some kettle bell stuff in recently but not sure what the ideal work out time should be ? Trying to do my yoga stuff (15-30 mins in length usually, ddpy / 20 mins kettle bell) when I get off at 10pm but find my heart rate is going nuts when I'm trying to sleep around that time. What's the best time to workout have you found? And what watches can I get that are decent for this kind of stuff that are A. Android and B. Crazy expensive? Was looking at blackview. Thx! Definitely agree with it being a lifestyle choice, eating more protein, daily weigh-ins, sleeping consistently and weight training. I also lost 10kgs and kept it off this way. Great tips! 🔥
