👉🏻4 tsp/2 tbsp spoons of your favourite dessert is enough to get the cravings down.
Trust me this is much better than not eating that cake you desperately want to and one day you will eat the whole damn cake 🫣🫢🤤

👉🏻3 hours before bedtime finish your meals ( early dinners work like magic ✨)

👉🏻 2 things on your plate always when you eat out – Protien & Fibre. Before you eat your fav dessert, start with salad then protein (paneer/chicken/tofu/egg/fish) then finish off with with plate sharing dessert to control spike in blood sugar levels. 📉

👉🏻1 meal in the whole week can be out. Before you step out – research about the cafe/restaurant you wish to go- check the menu- decide what you would like to eat 🍔🍕🥗
