In this meditation group video, we’ll be debunking the myth of trance with some gentle group meditation. Trance is oftentimes portrayed as a mystical state where you lose all sense of reality, but in reality, trance is simply a state of deep relaxation.
This meditation group video will help you to clear your mind and focus on your breath, so that you can achieve a state of calm and clarity. By doing this, you’ll be able to debunk the myth of trance and learn more about the true nature of meditation!
