  1. Just love you, so fun to watch! Three weeks plant based – no animal protein or dairy, low fat. Have had RA for 17 years and went through breast cancer 3 years ago. Tired of being sick, tired of the tons of meds, embarking on new way of eating. Love your book and follow all your diet advice. Keep up the great work.

  2. When may you be on Vancouver Island,? And if not planning how do I start the arrangement? Could you also talk about heart murmur?

  3. "Organic" produce has chemicals, even if they were not sprayed with "natural" chemicals. Think chem trails and over spray etc…

  5. talking about rinsing produce: in kiwi packing sheds people are constantly picking their nose because those little kiwi hairs are flying around everywhere and get into the nostrils. Just so you know 😆

  6. Very sorry I missed this in time to ask a question. Not sure if anyone checks back afterwards, but I'm wondering if Dr. Greger has explored the science behind chemical treatment of city water and its effect on health, especially the gut microbiome.

    Thanks for all the great work you do. You have changed my life. Went from a heavy meat eater to vegetarian and plan to be vegan at some point soon.

  11. How about having Low blood pressure, dr. Greger? (36 years old vegan from Europe,no ovaries left, normal around 90/60, at 80/50 I start to feel pretty lightheaded – happens 3 times in a month – been like that all my life)? Shall I do Atkins diet in this case?… Joking, love u!

  12. What is the best way to battle inflammation? I'm taking 1000 mg of turmeric each day but after three weeks I have only seen a slight improvement. Suggestions?

  13. I am Oil-Free and will any of these products negatively affect the endothelium???
    There are at least six sources of microalgae-based DHA currently on the market. There’s Deva, Omega Zen capsules, Omega Zen liquid, Dr. Fuhrman’s brand, Spectrum makes one, V-Pure brand, and Udo’s Oil makes one, too.
