  5. The FDA allows 700,000 pus & blood cells per mL into the cow milk you drink. To not drink pus, you can choose soy milk or oat milk with better nutritional content & no trans fats and cholesterol.

  6. The number one killer in the US is heart disease, which is primarily caused by cholesterol, which is ONLY in non-vegan foods. Studies show vegans live 10 years longer as a general consensus. Go vegan.
