So canned beans?
thankfully i dont think anyone is living off canned fruit lol i would like to see more studies on fruit, i could swear by my taste buds that fruit is way healthier than vegetables
Does this topic really need and deserve a video? Where did all the more interesting and important topics go?
What about canned beans? Are they okay to consume?
Drats, canned fruits are such a convenience, that I always had some in the cupboard when I didn't have fresh available. What about Frozen fruits and frozen veggies and canned beans? A couple times I wrote to Frozen foods companies, to ask what is the vitamin content of their food when it's prepared as instructed. They said they could not answer that question.
They've been going so far as to Pasteurize even fresh almonds so I wonder if that could be an issue w canned fruit losing its potency?

What about canned beans?
Unfortunately, it's not clear that all dried fruit are healthy either. E.g. dried figs have an enormous AGE concentration.
My dad used to go on a wight loss diet every now and then and one of his go to combos was cottage cheese and canned peaches. Not great on both accounts, but he lived to 92. Hmmm.
Probably as healthy as those covid vaccines you got injected into your arm, you absolute hypocrite!

Dr, if you could make a video about living near an agriculture area where they spray pesticide and other toxic compounds to the plant periodically. I just want to know does it affect our health and cause serious diseases like lung cancer if we live near that kind of area? Also about air pollution in the industrial area… The air that we breathe. So in conclusion: canned fruit not as good as fresh and frozen fruit.
This video really drives home that folks with lower economic status or who live in food deserts don't get a chance to buy the food to live their best life. 😢 Nonethesse, I think that eating fruits and vegetables from a can is still better than none. 🥫
