  1. And contrary to what people think, Gary doesn't even have that many minerals and vitamins in it or electrolytes.

  2. I've looked and did not see this–Have you done any of the RedBull color drinks? They've got yellow, blue, etc. I had those a while back and it seems like they didn't play well with my blood sugar.

  3. Love these videos very informative . would you be willing to add a time stamp along the top of your results chart so viewers can see the effects over time for each of the items you test.?

  4. Hi Justin, I’ve been a subscriber for about two weeks now. I appreciate the work and time you give to your channel. For me, it’s been very informative and educational. Your video shorts are spot on to my interest as some one who is wanting more knowledge about the effects various foods have on my glucose levels. The data you provide and other influencers (for exercise, nutrition, and cooking) has been helpful in providing me the objective guidance for the life style change journey (because you never finally get there😀) I’m on. (Results vary based on the individual.) keep up your good work and thank you!

  5. This is what i was told to drink during prep for colonoscopy….i used on bottle with sugar and one without….they didnt have good recommendations for diabetics as i was without good entirely

  6. As a pre-diabetic person I look at all the labels before I buy/ eat it. It’s sneaky because a lot of times all the label says is carbohydrates instead of sugar because most people don’t know that sugar C6-H12-O6 is the molecular makeup of sugar/ glucose. The carbon/hydrogen/oxygen molecular make up is how it gets the “carbohydrate” name

  7. Thank you so much for sharing all these. As a diabetic woman. I am getting aware of what and what not to eat and drink.
Am in my 60' s and becoming more cautious. Thanks much from the Philippines. Keep safe.

  8. Have you ever tested only an hour after and then 2 hours after and then seen the difference maybe it spikes even more 1 hour after and you're not aware of it?

  9. Thank you for all the "sacrifices" u done to show us what's the true nasty stuffs we eating n not be fooled by the food industry. Kudos to your channel 😊

  10. I drink Gatorade reversed diarrhea I’m on iron pills and pills to take to give me diarrhea I had to take two bottles Oh Gatorade because he had so much diarrhea from iron pills

  11. Compared with cola, Gatorade is actually better! A 300 ml bottle of cola contains 129 cal.
But 300 ml of Gatorade contains only 71 calories (55%).

In other words, cola is almost twice as harmful!
But diabetics will fear Gatorade more!

  12. I appreciate your videos. GREATLY. However. Please don't damage yourself to impart this information. Everybody already knows trash when we read lables. Thanks.

  13. Gatorade is terrible! Great job you’re helping a lot of people! Don’t need to do anymore sugar drinks! Take care and Thanks!

  14. Since having a heart attack watching these videos has made realize all the wrong foods I have been eating thanks to these videos I'm now changing things I eat . But they make zero Gatorade now and when I drink one of them my bloodsugar is pretty good .

  15. You are a life saver! I recently got diagnosed with T2D and it was SO overwhelming! I got really anxious about food. I started on Ozempic and realized that the side effects (nausea ect) were infinitely worse if I had any processed foods or any kind of sugar. Your videos have helped me find better foods and understand how things affect me. Thank you!

  16. Dcan you please be a little more specific and tell us if it's empty stomach first thing in the morning or empty stomach midday. I know you do that in many videos. Thanks so much. Appreciate your videos.

  17. Gatorade is meant for people playing high endurance sports. Gatorade is fine for you if you use it for the right purpose. But this would be pretty obvious it would spike your levels. Wonder if you use the tandem pump

  18. You know in Africa people in diabetic eat fenugreek seed and their blood sugar is surprisingly lower. Soak the seed over night and eat it make it powder and drink it with water. You can try it, you would be surprised.
