How to plan vegan diets for infants and children? #veganism

Veganism is a moral necessity (Dominion (2018)) hence we need to feed our child’s mind with good morals and not with unnecessary cruelty and addictions. Non-vegan parents should consider that the animal products that they are feeding to their children are NOT natural (Dairy consumption from another species was non-existent and flesh consumption contributed to less than 3% of the diet: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK482457/ ) and they are detrimental to the kids’ physical and mental health in the long run.

  2. I will say that my awakening has taught me just how spiritually stagnaso many are. All can be reversed. Veganism has saved me in many ways. Thank you for not giving up.
