  1. I drink alot of milk and eat red bell peppers and i lucid dream almost every night. It is from the calcium, luciene and tryptophan in both foods. Stay away from chromium, magnesium and molybdenum! Mucous is good, Dr. Sebi was a liar. They are all lying.

Absolutely you all that live in the concrete jungle this is the way to go, but there are many of us that live on/in remote places that hunting is a way of our lives and feed source and that's all we got going, we don't have UPS delivery, stores or restaurants to go to. So I'm all for getting rid of the slaughterhouses, and I wish we had access to all the good alternate choices that you's have. A'HO brothers and sisters

  4. I am Pescetarian since ~25years now but i hardly can imagine not eating fish, egg, butter, cheese and yoghurt – but i eat very little portions of those. – so i am almost vegan – thats enough for me.

  5. I always feel more inspired after watching Dr. Barnard, but feel really inspired to remain and eat vegan when I see the horrors animals go through. I also follow the Animal Place, here in CA and watch the recovery of the abused or at risk animals they take in. It's why I donate, and gives me hope.

Humans are animals they just have a superiority complex which needs to be reminded we are all mammels so the word human as not an animal is completely unscientific if animal rights was real we would have the current laws that are forced on non human animals and we would beg to be given adequate rights

  9. I don’t think people who have only been vegan for 4 years or even less than ten should be considered long term vegan. We regularly have people who have been vegan for almost ten years go off of it then make a highly viewed why I’m not longer vegan videos

  11. It’s ok to mention Gary Yourofsky. He got a lot of people to consider switching to a vegan lifestyle. Some people try and twist his words and get offended. It’s an offensive topic so if you’re ready to dive in and test your brain then he can still answer a lot of questions for you. No sugar coating with him. If you don’t like his straight ahead approach then there’s always earthling Ed discussions. But yeah, also Dr Greger, Dr Colin Campbell, Dr Esselstyn, Dr Barnard, Dr Doug Graham, Dr Milton Mills and the rest mentioned here.
