Curious, for the longest time you only drank decaf bkz of adrenal issue. I recall you started drinking a plant based cold brew and then it seemed like coffee was in. What changed for you? I know for some coffee or caffeine helps greatly for adhd. I just thought you weren't suppose to have it

Oh nettle tea is my favorite ā¤ I feel like Iām Jil, eat seasonally, drink herbal teas and love unflavored things and def. no soy sauce haha ā¤
Peppermint tea with a square of dark choc and a face mask whilst listening to jazzššš normal day for me is smoothie (banana, ice, frozen mixed berries, oat milk, maca powder, cacao powder, hemp seeds, peanut butter, vanilla vegan protein powder), rainbow sandwich for lunch (a good seeded/wholemeal kinda bread with hummus, vegan pesto, lettuce, tomato, grated carrot, pickled cabbage, fried tofu strips) then a curry or something from the Deliciously Ella app. Sushi without soy sauce is a crime Jill, sorry!

Glad to see I'm not the only one that prefers the unflavored protein powder for my oats. If the fruit doesn't make it sweet enough I'll add a little maple syrup but it's usually great with just fruit and cinnamon.
