  1. If these two beautiful people will ever have kids they will be gorgeous Miles and Jill beautiful on the outside and inside which is very rarešŸ„°šŸ˜ā¤ļø

  2. Curious, for the longest time you only drank decaf bkz of adrenal issue. I recall you started drinking a plant based cold brew and then it seemed like coffee was in. What changed for you? I know for some coffee or caffeine helps greatly for adhd. I just thought you weren't suppose to have it

  3. Could you give us the recipe for Jil's banana cake (bread?)? It looks so delicious! The relationship you two have is so beautiful.

  4. Iā€™m dead, I have the same thoughts when someone gets a herbal tea at a coffee shop šŸ¤£

YASSS šŸ˜šŸ™ŒšŸ™Œ Thank you Miles and Jil ā™„ļøā™„ļøā™„ļøšŸ’Æ beautiful and so nourishing, I love her honesty and authenticity, you both inspire me to continue to build a better vegan diet ā˜€ļø and honestly, who needs coffee when you can have ceremonial Cacao? šŸ«¶šŸ¼šŸ˜ I will give it a go!

  9. Dandelion tea is for most a good replacement to coffee.
Good on you for trying to eat like your girlfriend!šŸ™ŒšŸ™šŸŒˆ

  10. Hah, damn dude, YT doesn't make you bleep the swear words any more? To be fair Jil's food looks well good man. I mean no way in hell am I gonna' do this, but hey it does look good. šŸ˜‚šŸ‘Œ Team herbal tea here, checking in. I'd pay for the tea over coffee because I wouldn't want to pay money for something that tastes so bad as coffee.

  11. I have porridge almost every day and Iā€™ll never get sick of it šŸ˜… I just switch up the toppings depending on the season – I always have some kind of berry + banana/peach/mango + peanut butteerr šŸ„°

  12. I have the same struggles with emotional/over eating. Thank you for sharing Jill itā€™s nice to know other people have the same struggles. I can over come it for a while but not mastered it long term yet. Would love your banana bread recipe looks lush ā¤

  13. Oh nettle tea is my favorite ā¤ I feel like Iā€™m Jil, eat seasonally, drink herbal teas and love unflavored things and def. no soy sauce haha ā¤

  14. Peppermint tea with a square of dark choc and a face mask whilst listening to jazzšŸ‘ŒšŸ‘ŒšŸ‘Œ normal day for me is smoothie (banana, ice, frozen mixed berries, oat milk, maca powder, cacao powder, hemp seeds, peanut butter, vanilla vegan protein powder), rainbow sandwich for lunch (a good seeded/wholemeal kinda bread with hummus, vegan pesto, lettuce, tomato, grated carrot, pickled cabbage, fried tofu strips) then a curry or something from the Deliciously Ella app. Sushi without soy sauce is a crime Jill, sorry!

  15. hi Myles you were a good sport eating Jil's diet without your usual peanut butter, and the oatmeal and banana bread looks really good
    : ) <3

  16. Sushi without soy sauce?! Food crime right there. I really want one of Jills cacao drinks, looks so satisfying. Glad you made it 24 hrs without PB haha

ā¤ļø Thank you Miles, for supporting her and in general for ALL your Videos – always on point, always the best! šŸ’š

  19. wow wow wow, THANK YOU for sharing your words. They resinate with me *and i'm sure many*. It's always good to feel as if you are not alone. Like you, when I started working on ME, things began to change and I took care of ME first and listened HARD to myself and spent a lot of time STOPPING and hearing the words in my head. I appreciate this video in so many ways. THANK YOU! – Kristie in AZ

  20. Glad to see I'm not the only one that prefers the unflavored protein powder for my oats. If the fruit doesn't make it sweet enough I'll add a little maple syrup but it's usually great with just fruit and cinnamon.
