Broccoli can't be a "super-food". "Real" super-foods are only grown by beautiful virgins on remote hillsides in countries that no one can find on a map. Exotic and expensive.
Broccoli?!?! HA! It's a weed!! Cheap and readily available. It can be grown by anyone, almost anywhere. "
Does grilling, browning, caramelizing or batter frying vegetables increase chances of cancer?

no foods gives you "super strenght" or cures any diseases.. Some foods will toxify you. some foods will render you weak. Some foods will giive you "diseases".

The worst that will happen if you add a large amount of raw vegetables every single day, is that you will tend to spend more time on the potty ! Not too bad, really !

I'm confused about why this hasn't been looked at more. If the paper on caffeine clearance is correct, it means that people who are on medication and consume cruciferous vegetables may need to take a higher dose. It also means that the consumption of such vegetables (and probably some herbs) can confound the result of experimental studies

I know this is an old video but it appears to be the most related to my question: is there any research on foods that help manage/alleviate the symptoms of Gilbert's syndrome? It's a surprisingly common syndrome and can be quite debilitating for some people.
How much broccoli do you need to get these benefits?
