  1. Veganism it not a diet, is about being against animal cruelty…. Showing images with your phone and using filters is not science, stop misinforming people, you are supporting the killing of ANIMALS and humans with your videos.

  2. In general if you are overweight and you are at your first diet experience, whatever the diet you might follow, you will loose quite bit of weight.. Not necessarily its only body fat. But unless you actually improve or "fix" your whole metabolism the weight regain it's just down the road in 2/4/6/10 years. The short term results will NEVER equal the long term success!! Sad reality but its how the body does work. It was well documented on the Minessota starvation experiment done by Ancel Keys. No wonder diet clubs around the world are sooo successful!!!

  3. Omg, he looks gravely ill. Even his body composition like bone structure has changed. What's sad is that in his mind – probably due to lack of nutrition – he thinks he looks good. Veganism really interferes with the logical perception part of the brain

  6. Our neighbor is a cardiologist and vegetarian. A month ago he went in for a stent and came out with a 5 bypass! I'm keto-carnivore , my cholesterol was 450 on my last blood test, and I feel great!! By the way I've heard a few Dr's say it fluctuates all day according to your needs. Drs do not study nutrition in medical school! They don't always know best.

  10. Vegan diet I don't think is bad, but he definitely could've exercised some to tone his arms and I hope he was sure to get enough calories. It's kinda the opposite problem, gotta count calories to make sure you get enough, just cause wfpb in its purest form can be very filling from the fiber. You can eat junky and healthy vegan or anywhere in between!

  11. If only the Mongols, the most powerful empire of all time that conquered all of Asia, North Africa, and half of Europe…and ate almost exclusively meat, would’ve had modern vegans there to warn them about the dangers of scurvy and lack of dietary fiber.

  13. His health probably could have benefitted from losing about 40 pounds, but it looks like he took this fasting diet to the extreme and lost 70+ pounds. This looks like extreme fasting, not gaining optimal health.

  14. You should do a video about the sunken temples that are typically associated with malnourishment. I have seen some emaciated looking vegans where their temples start to sink in. I know this is more prominent facial feature in some people and especially men but it still might be interesting to analyze.

  15. I lost 26 lbs in 17 days fasting and refeeding with steak and raw milk. And I didn’t lose any muscle mass. Look better than ever. Meat heals. We’re not supposed to be weaklings. If you study our ancestors, you’ll find that 10,000 years ago when we started farming, that’s when they started to find rickets in skeletons. Before the advent of farming, the average woman was 5’-10” tall and the average male was over 6’. There craniums had 10% more volume to them, so their brains were bigger, and their tendon and ligament attachments made our modern day men look like children. They were STRONG because they never ate any modern “foods” that wreck the body.

  16. This is part of a larger polarization problem. All/most of his comments are positive. All/most of these comments are negative. So hopefully the people who need the message and help get it. Or else, it's just preaching to the choir. Thank you for sharing this though. Perspective is everything for sure. One thing that will help is not worshiping and blindly following any person's views.

  17. I used to always feel embarrassed of my broad shoulders. Wide strong chin. Thick legs and broad chest especially growing up in such a body dysmorphic society where being "skinny" is considered healthy by most….

  18. Ahh yes, the good old weight loss is healthy deception. Weight loss means you are literally starving and your body is eating itself. Weight loss is not healthy lmao.

  19. Sure he lost weight. But did his muscle and color really have to go away with the fat? I swear, a few tiny tweaks to his diet and a bit of exercise would’ve slimmed him down while he got toned

He wasn't even fat he had a dad belly going on and all he had to do was to hit the gym , lose that belly fat and maybe lift weights too if he wanted to look even better, but instead he starves himself to lose all of his body fat + his muscle mass? he looks like a little kid with an old man's face! it's crazy how "proud" he is of such terrible transformation

I always wondered why so many women seem to look bad in the before and after diet pictures…i more than often thought they looked better prior, even if i absolutely knew being overweight or obese is NOT healthy or good….but it dawned on me they look so much older and worse because most of the time they cut out all fat and protein out of their diets…instead of carbs/sugar.

    Which is probably why me being heavier now i look healthier than i did slimmer, because back then i ate mostly plants, now i eat meat a lot and animal fats. And im losing weight again and building muscle really fast!
