  5. Dear Dr. First of all thank you so much for all the valuable information you are providing through you videos. As you said the outer shell of egg is porous and on being washed the bacteria goes inside, does it mean we can't wash & clean the eggs before we refrigerate? Pl make it clear whether it should be washed and cleaned after purchase as most of the times some amount of dirt lies on its surface.

  9. I'm so much relaxed after watching the video. But still I've some doubts in my mind. If you answer my queries then I'll thankful to you.
    I'm 33 years old man. My body weight was 76 kgs before last month. My height is 160 cm. Fat is accumulated at my belly. I was suffering from high blood pressure for 5 days then my doc told me loose some weight and eat only one egg yolk per day because proactively I told him that I eat 4 eggs four days in a week. He said if you will eat more than 1 yolk then it may cause to weight gain, high blood pressure and heart diseases. I've reduced 3kgs body weight by one hour walking after dinner. I eat regular meal in lunch and only oats/sprouts/eggs in dinner.

    Should I eat more than 1 egg yolk in a day ?

  15. That's a wrong infirmation doctor – ghee raise lipid. Your info on egg is good & appreciable. I am eating everything cooked in Ghee, since last 10 years, egg consumption 8-10 eggs daily. I am 50 yr. Old. My lipid numbers are in an amazing zone. TGY -80, LDL -80, HDL -60, VLDL -14.
