  1. Go vegan for your health, whole food plant based.
    Go vegan for the animals.
    Go vegan for the planet.
A lower risk of heart disease and cancer for you and a better planet for everyone, human and animals.

  2. You should be nominated for a Nobel Prize in Medicine. You are making such a positive difference in the health of the world’s people. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  3. I was once an HIV/AIDS patient. I contacted the virus about 6 years ago. I have been living on drugs just to keep my life going not until recently when i met this great doctor online, dr cozon in one of the HIV/AIDS international health care group. this doctor has set a great turn around in my life which i will always live to remember. words can't explain the joy and happiness i have been having since i tested negative because, from the onset, i never believed the deadly virus has a cure. Well, i got some herbal medications from him which i used as he instructed, just about two weeks after then, i went for a test and i was HIV negative. Indeed, I got cured with the herbal medication. You can contact dr cozon on whatsapp or call on +13192094060 if you need him

  4. i know ppl who keep their crohns down with carni/not eating any plant, and once they do plants their symptoms come back
it all not as easy as it seems 🧐

  5. Thank you sharing this study!! I’ll remember this: 1/2 a serving of fish per week and 1/2 a serving of meat every two weeks for 100% remission. That’s such a huge deal! Everyone is super sensitive to different types of foods with IBD. Keep up the amazing work to share this information because it’s not really happening on main stream media. ❤️

  6. These findings are very close to what I experience with my blood pressure. I have super high systolic readings, over 200 if not on medication and anywhere around 175 – 195 when on 7 tablets of medication per day and eating meat. Go WFPB and my BP will drop to 145 and below within days.
But, for some reason I keep going back to the unhealthy stuff until I get a scare from my BP readings, then back to plant based. And large quantities of beetroot jucie when it's really bad.

  7. I was previously a pharmaceutical sales rep 16 years ago and promoted Remicade to GI doctors for Crohn’s disease. I discovered Nutrition Facts 8 years ago and quickly went plant based for preventing chronic disease . I agree going plant based is the best thing to help with fighting UC and Crohns.

  8. I have zero signs of Crohn's after 3 years on whole foods vegan. I also stopped Secondary Progressive MS & MRI shows evidence of old lesions shriveling. The nerve damage is still very present in my legs, however I'm to 2 to 3 hours of walking daily & saw a PT for spasticity help. I get healthier & stronger every day. My medical team is speechless. 💯🌱💪🏽💚

  9. I'm going to try plant based. I tried Keto and Various others and I thought it helped for a year. I have pancolitis and I genuinely thought I was in remission but now more steroids, higher doses of biologics, more frequent infusions and next surgery. 🤞plant based might be all i have left to try or lose a colon and I want that to be a last resort. Has anyone following this for IBD kept a diary of how they ate and monitored their bloods etc? Just thinking I might.
