  1. Первое и второе утверждение сомнительны, но третье 💯% верно, животные жиры это отрава, так и надо, тем кто позарился на части и выделения животных, пусть болеют.

  2. Lions, Tigers, Orcas, Dolphins all seem very much at the top of their game on a diet of fat and meat. Apparently a diet high in saturated fat makes your brain and body work better unlike a diet with a foundation if grain and seed oils. herbivores just atand around a lot and eat until they become someones dinner. Hence why they have their eyes on the side of their heads to be able to see the danger coming. Vegans are faux herbivores but have the same mindset even if they cant process cellulose into fuel like gorillas because of no substantial cecum and because its not very socially acceptable to eat your poop or multiple stomach animals like the Deer.

  3. A high fat vegan diet is not great either for your health. I feel like the fattest vegan on the planet but I love all the tasty foods and am addicted… Sux 😢

  4. Also, don't forget about washing your mouth out with water after ingesting vinegar to prevent tooth enamel damage. I neglected to do this and lost a great deal of enamel in a short time. I stopped using the delicious Ariston Balsamic Vinegar unless I have time to thoroughly rinse my mouth out.

  5. I used coconut oil for years and combined it with high fiber meals, as a vegan for over a decade. I don’t use it now but still use coconut milk weekly in some dishes again full of lentils or beans of a sort. Is this just as bad?
