    Do you have any info about cruciferous vegetables and some other fruits inhibiting Iodine metabolism? How eating too many of those can make Hypothyroidism worse – plus Vegans already ingest less Iodine than other people? I came across it when I researched and made sprouted broccoli. It might make Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's worse?

  5. SO ITS A LOT OF COMMON SENSE… of course fruits and vegetables is what makes you healthy.. of course a variety of fruits and vegetables are more beneficial

  7. Sigh… Why can animals (pandas, koalas) can stay healthy by eating just one type of plant, and do we have to eat variety of plants… If humans were designed by an "intelligent" designer as some deluded people claim, I would punch the designer in the face for this stupid design.

For instance Monday you could possibly eat say broccoli and carrots with a backed potatoes and bananas and grapes for breakfast then Tuesday for example you can eat different. Fruits and vegetables is that what your saying?Love all your amazing research by the way keep them coming 🙂

  9. Love that your videos are short. There is so much competition for the attention of our eyeballs these days, your short videos are always the most likely that I will watch when scanning through a list of possiblities. Just like a piece of broccoli, they are easy to consume and nutrient packed.

  10. What about the difference in the climate? People in Africa do not have the same plant species as those in Europe, or Asia, or America …? That could mean they do not have the same receptors?
