Last month we posted a video for Morning Grain Bowls (https://nutritionfacts.org/video/recipe-morning-grain-bowls) from the How Not to Die Cookbook, and people loved it so we are bringing you another one of Wendy and Eric’s videos today (http://livelydays.com).<br />
We all know the standard avocado guacamole, and adding edamame kicks it up a nutritional notch. Make this snack and check off a serving of beans and vegetables on your Daily Dozen Checklist (https://nutritionfacts.org/daily-dozen-challenge)!

75 Risposte a “Recipe: Edamame Guacamole”

  1. Please up the production value. Audio could be better, titles could be improved, get a lens with a higher depth of field, better utensils. Nutrition Facts, you are sitting in a gold mine of knowledge, don’t let your production value hold you back.

  2. Thought it said ENDGAME GUACAMOLE! Was going to be like, alright, doc. You’re on theme for this seasons blockbuster movies.

  3. The video was ok…no lemon juice to curb the oxidation? Or will the acid in the tomatoes be enough? The music was annoyingly repetitive and loud…imo. thanks for the vid though…love the books

  4. Text Scrolls by a bit too fast in the beginning, but nice vid otherwise. Always include black pepper with turmeric tho, that is def a mistake with this recipe.

  5. I’m too poor to eat vegetables, that’s why I have to eat from the dollar menu st McDonald’s. How the hell am I going to afford this book?

  6. ive had it with this mother fucking soy products on this mother fucking plane
(leave out the fucking soy bru, its not fit for human consumption, and cooked food is for slumbering zombies anyways)

  7. That looks delicious!!! I’ll probably blend the edamame separately and then add it to the avocado/everything else blend after so I can have a chunkier guacamole 👍🏻

  8. not enough clitandro. I would use at least 5 times more and blend it. Also fresh oignons would be better. Why americans are so obsessed with oignon and garlic powder? I mean fresh garlic and oignons are super easy to find, they are cheeper and they last long.

  9. And don’t forget, kids: do not heat up (to a high degree) oil! (Ok, not relevant to this vid, but should always be stated)

  10. Just got cookbook today. Can’t wait. Been vegan for 2 weeks lost 13 lbs and cured eczema. Eating lots of food and nuts and so blessed to have found Dr Greger and veganism. Now to get my husband on board.

  11. I was truly heartbroken when my doctor diagnosed me of cancer in 2016, it was hard for me to bear I almost gave up until a faithful day when i was surfing the internet, I found a powerful man Dr.Ehimen on YouTube who used his Herbs to restore my health. I am still very much in shock so far with the outcome of my health restoration, even my doctor confirmed me Negative. I am so grateful and ready to save someone today by telling them about Dr.Ehimen

  12. Great cookbook. I just have to add a lil oil and salt to a lot of recipies. I'll take the 90% healthier tho by following the rest of the advice lol
