  1. I came for the kids and stayed for the knowledge. Self love has always been a challenge for me but I'm working on it. Thnx for the great vid!❤

  2. I took my supplements pre vegan. Used to take, calcium, Vitamin D & Omega 3. Now with better awareness I take B12 & Omega 3. During the summer time I work for 3 months on a seasonal contract. I do take a Vitamin D and potentially a magnesium. I also up my food intake to 4 meals 3500 calories with my busy schedule and drop about 4-5kg.

    I love the families outlook on everything.

  4. Do you guys have a hard copy cookbook or just an ebook? I’m old school 😂 also, just watched a documentary about grounding and it’s crazy how we try to protect ourselves from everything that God made for us! We use sunscreen to protect from the sun, shoes to protect from the earth ugh we have to get back to our original design.

  9. Love seeing your family time at the beach. I grew up in Florida and visit several times a year. Headed to Manasota Key/Englewood next week and cannot wait to be "home". I've been sharing your content with my husband, who was recently diagnosed with cancer. He has a good prognosis, but a journey ahead. He has now made the switch to a WFPB lifestyle as well (I started ahead of him) and we love nourishing our bodies and how much improvement we have seen in our mental clarity, digestion, sleep, etc. Keep up the amazing work and thank you for sharing with us!

  12. Can you do a video about finding motivation to be healthy. Im a sahm and have now 3 kids, 4 & 2 year old and have a newborn. I'm having such a hard time finding the motivation and time to fix healthy meals cuz I feel I'm always rushing. Your videos do inspire me to want my family to be healthier and although we are no plant based I still feel inspired to have more veggies and fruits and be more active. I'm just really struggling right now.

  18. Honest question. Since you breastfeed, did your littles experience gas/colic from the foods you eat for a time? I find that when I eat salad and greens, my LO get gassy. I want to consume more raw foods and more greens and I'm not 100 percent sure it's from that, but I really don't want to cause him more pain if it is.

  20. Thank you for this video! I love everything what you do and often get inspiration from your recipes. Just one interesting topic came to my mind which we often talk about with my husband how do you actually know the nutritional value of that particular fruit and veggie. This numbers that you showed is is average but for example vitamin content of a fruit changes in time. Obviously when you pick it from the tree and you eat it right away is the best but when an apple picked 2 weeks ago and I eat it today does it really contain that average numbers of vitamins and fibers? There could be a good invention to have a little tool to test these numbers in each fruit and vegetable similar like the one Erin used for the water testing in your previous video

  21. I’ve always Loved your videos and continue to watch them!! We’re all different what works for some may not work for others, after several years plant based I finally decided to include small amounts of animal products in and I can’t believe how much better I continued to feel, it was hard to make that mental transition from all the information from all your fav docs for several years but the benefits are amazing with just a small amount of animal protein. I don’t think it’s one size fits all, and what I learned is we can’t make our diet our identity, and to always listen to how I truly feel and really tune out all the confusing info about what diet or lifestyle to follow, just do you! Love the recipes always!!

  26. I loved this video! I think going off of what Dusty was saying about approaching things with gratitude instead of fear is what helps people receive the message of health and love too. Encourage the people around you to add in positive things (food, thoughts, movement, etc) and eventually there is so much good that you don’t have the space on your plate for what’s causing harm.

  28. I'm not Plant Based or Vegan. I still need B 12. That could be partially why I'm tired lately I haven't been taking them like I should. No mater what healthy plan your on. I do believe you do need to get all them nutrients in you. I Think that's my problem too. I haven't been doing that. And I need too. Could be another reason I'm tired a lot. I probably need more iron, calcium etc.
