  2. He's right. Been taking Berberine/Ceylon cinnamon and D3/K2 along with Moringa. My A1c was 6.5 at my last dr appointment. IT HAS NEVER BEEN THAT LOW since I've been diagnosed with Type 2… NEVER!

  3. .. can agree with berberine.. FBS were around 179.. i remember starting berberine that day.. i had popcorn at the movies the night before and after taking 1200mg (2 pills) or berberine w/ceylon, it dropped my sugars down to around 120.. now my FBS is around 110-120 after a month of carnivore.. berberine does not affect or drop my sugars dramatically.. pretty cool stuff unlike metformin where it can cause hypoglycemia..

  7. I have hypothyroidism and it's almost impossible for me to lose weight. Been taking berberine for about 2 months and man it actually works! Been losing about 2 lbs a week
