INGREDIENTS LIST
🌱 Vegan Crostata
Pie dish with removable base (10 inch, 24 cm)
350 g (3.9 cups) rolled oats or wholegrain flour or all-purpose flour
130 g (0.7 cups) sugar unrefined or white
80 g (0.3 cups) cold water
65 g (0.5 cups) sunflower seed oil
½ lemon zest + juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
2 tsp baking powder
500 g (17.6 oz) fresh blueberries + 3 tbsp sugar

  5. Luckily I find you . I'm so happy to see vegan Italian food . So yummy 😋. The food reminds me in the past when we went every summer holidays to my fathers brother and sister. For me as an child was the best time ever. Sad I lost the Italian language. But anyway now I can have again this nice food as an vegan again and be in my memory 😆. Thanks for your work.

  7. Nel caso non avessi frutta fresca, hai qualche suggerimento su come utilizzare frutta surgelata? So che bisogna evitare ingredienti acquosi ma mi chiedo se bollire/disidratare la frutta prima di metterla nella crostata possa funzionare o venga un disastro.

  8. Ciao Chef Nico,sto facendo la crostata,la pasta frolla mi è venuta tutta granulosa,si spezza mentre la stendo,perché secondo te??non ho frullato bene l’avena?

    Poi non hai inserito il tempo di cottura….quanto la tengo in forno?
