I eat lentals regularly so many too choose from and so many ways too enjoy!
simple, it makes you have excess fart for 12 weeks because your body cant digest some indigestible very long chains of carbohydrates that legumes contains so they are fermented by the microbiome just like lactose for 75% of humans. 😉

A nicely done informative study on Lentils. i Eat cooked lentils in my raw Oat meal for breakfast. i include Blueberries and Blackberries. Gives me loads of ENERGY. for long miles in Cycling
Brown lentils (red under the shell) are my lentils of choice. I eat them every day (cooked in a pressure cooker and presoaked ofc).
