  1. I had scrambled tofu (tumeric, black pepper, chilli, cumin, nutmeg, garlic) on rye bread with grilled tomatoes for lunch.

Please can I ask a question I went to the gym and then there was a sign on the door saying we are filming you by police officers notice is this not a violation of my right not to be naked as I get changed in the changing room I want to complain please because a work person kept going up to me while I kept minding my own business saying he was excited about me and a week after I reported this I think he decided to control me further by putting cameras to film me I'm scared I don't like it

  4. God didn't make the human body to be without vitamin B12 which is only made in animal products…. many studies are done on B12 synthetically made and they can't be absorbed into the body to repair maintain and Thrive your physical body and mind!

  5. How come I've been vegan for the past 20 years, I eat all this crap all the time, and I'm still fat? Oh yeah, I walk every day for an hour! Ugh!
    People think there aren't fat vegans. There are. I'm not the only one.

  7. How fascinating that a mechanism that is protective against cancer is also helpful in the context of obesity.

  8. The biggest threat to your personal survival is the use of any drug. This includes the untested mRNA drug which was released without thorough peer reviewed testing. Even now the evidence is plain to see, it is still being injected into children. This act discredits all science and anyone who is honest needs to be making the authorities see the truth. Axtotal human rights failure of epic proportion.

  9. Upon watching the video a second time, I think one of the most important parts is the list of “Anti-angiogenesis foods, herbs, and spices” since it is an actionable step that can easily be taken. I wonder what an updated list would also look like.
