  1. 100 Percent! This is what goes through my mind when other vegans whip out the Vegan Police healthier than thou speak. I've been eating plant based for over 25 years (never meat and vegan for the past decade) and mostly I eat WFPB and sometimes I eat some less clean vegan food but it's the overall that is important. It's not what you eat once in a while, it's what you eat most of the time.
