6 Steps to Rethink Anxiety and Depression

For too many of us, mental health is ignored or difficult to talk about. Mental health is incredibly complex, and each of us experiences it differently with different degrees of difficulty, distress and maybe different outcomes. In this video, we start with some general descriptions of depression and anxiety, then walk through 6 steps to helping you feel more like yourself through nutrition, not pills.
