Very good. 👍
Spices not specified also i dont have miso paste.
Why has the skin been removed from the potatoes and carrots? And you really should add a bit of good fat to the dish to aid in the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and antioxidants.
Make a video on “mud water”, a coffee replacement using a powdered mushroom mix and a variety of 8 or so different spices, and cacao. It’s saved me from my coffee addiction.

Real food
No salt, no oil 😢
Looks delicious thank you for sharing ☺️
WHAT spices?
Looks yummy. TFS
The only thing missing is a nice hot piece of cornbread 😋
Yeah, I'm sold on this one. I'd just add the red peppers at the same time as the miso. Furthermore, I'd transfer the pan contents to a large food flask. An option I've done for years now. Energy has never come free. Hopefully leaves money for more food creativity. For instance, some sauerkraut to start the meal itself. You know, to blunt those salivary amylases, not to mention that probiotic element.
Everybody be stankin' after that meal.

I’ve been on a lentil soup kick lately!
