I'm eating a lot healthier now, I eat a lot more pizza since it was recently discovered to be a vegetable and I choose banana milkshake with my burger and fries instead of coke. I also deep fry my chicken in vegetable oil which comes from vegetables.

My advice for a healthy immunity
