  1. This might be something I'd do IF YOU GAVE INSTRUCTIONS! What are the amounts? Bake at what temperature?!?!? Aesthetic "recipe" videos are the worst.

    INGREDIENTS:
    1 cup of rolled oats
    2 medium-large ripe, spotty bananas

    OPTIONAL ADD-INS:
    up to 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries (raisins, nuts, seeds, or other dried, fresh or frozen fruit)
    1/2-1 teaspoon cinnamon ( pumpkin pie spice or other favorite spices)

    METHOD:
    1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. Mash bananas with a fork in a medium-sized bowl, until a pureed consistency is achieved.
    3. In a food processor or blender, pulse the oats for 10 seconds to break into smaller fragments or blend into oat flour. This helps the cookies hold together. In a pinch, this recipe will also work with whole rolled oats. All options work, but will give the cookies a different texture.
    4. Stir the oats, mashed bananas, and any add-ins to form a batter.
    6. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat, scoop out desired amount of cookie dough and press down gently to flatten into cookies.
    7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes about 4- 8 cookies.

  3. Hmmm idk, I think I’d feel fuller with just regular oatmeal. Plus this looks kind of hard and rubbery 😂.

  4. Pretty simple (which may be the point) but I feel like this could be improved just a bit by adding some flax-eggs (a tablespoon of ground flax and then three tablespoons of liquid to make one egg equivalent. Use alt milk or coffee for xtra flavor!) and maybe some nuts/seeds.

    Also I LOVE other spices in my oatmeal along with cinnamon, like nutmeg and mace! 😻

  5. THIS IS A GREAT IDEA FOR GAINING WEIGHT. THE BLUEBERRIES ARE PURE SUGAR AND OATS ARE GIVEN TO HORSES TO FATTEN THEM FOR THE WINTER. IN ADDITION OATS HAVE A LECTIN IN THE THAT SLOWS THE METABOLISM AND FOGS THE BRAIN. ALTERNATIVE COCONUT AND MILLET OR TEFF FLOUR.
