(http://nutritionfacts.org/video/so-should-we-drink-beet-juice-or-not/). Altre piante con benefici apparentemente notevoli includono l'amla , lo zafferano [Saffron for the Treatment of Alzheimer’s (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/saffron-for-the-treatment-of-alzheimers/)], la pianta del tè [Dietary Brain Wave Alteration (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/dietary-brain-wave-alteration/)] e i broccoli umili [Broccoli Versus Breast Cancer Stem Cells (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/broccoli-versus-breast-cancer-stem-cells/)]. Grrr… I want to know the downside. I almost went out and bought some of this stuff lol. Thank you for your vids – I love them.
" So what is the down side , find out in tomorrow's video of the day"
Arrrgh, you are so evil !
Testofen SwansonVitamins. com is cheapest.
The downside is that it makes you stink. I've used fenugreek sprouts in the past and others immediately noticed my unique b.o
Another cliff hanger!
So how much Fenugreek should we eat to get the benefits mentioned in weight lifting?
Weight loss companies desperately want individuals to try their products to show that there program really does help people lose weight.
Well you must check out this website that will send free test products to your home, its the best way to get free weight loss programs! 🙂
You can get them here bit.ly/14TNUKQ?v=pdlff
very natural, pleasant diuretic, it helps with weight loss, great with eggs or spicy soup, you can use everything, water, seeds, sprouted, and also micro greens. Each stage is different but my favorite is sprouted one day when they just start to germinate they taste like iceberg lettuce. Smell like maple syrup but it does not taste like maple syrup the water is dark and taste bitter "I drink it like a tea".
I Love fenugreek tea.
going to try it
Never heard of it…
pass on the bloody cliff hanger…again
Hey guys! i watched this video went out and bought some fenugreek tea, while drinking a cup i decided to read the study that Dr. Greger cited for this video. turns out for the fenugreek supplement they used was torabolic http://uedata.amazon.com/MET-Rx-Torabolic-quik-creat-60-count/dp/B00AUDW9UG?ie=UTF8&dpID=51puUhL7xhL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR160%2C160_
this supplement contains creatine, which could be why the subjects found an increase in strength.
there are alot of things wrong with the study he cited, wouldnt trust this one guys.
Dr. Greger should know better
Hi Dr. Greger. On Fenugreek, I saw some studies that said fenugreek prevents estrogen breakdown in women and promotes milk production. Would this negatively affect males? Can you please shed some light
Thanks
I have heard many things like this from the health food community. but can anyone tell me if the study was from cooked or raw seed???
