Dr Hulda Clark has stated this fact for years. Glad its gaining more attention from the M.D.s.
So what about eating cooked carrots which is heating the carrots also increasing the nutrients absorption as noted in previous videos? That is a conundrum. I would appreciate any insights.
Does this still apply today?
