all I can find in the store is dried or freeze dried goji berries… since dried cherries apparently don't have any melatonin as Dr. Greger said, I take all the goji berries we find in the store don't have melatonin either? anyone know?

Aren't all those Goji berries radiated in a machine?? They also are from the nightshade family if Im not mistaken.
Soooo soak goji berries in tart cherry juice until swollen then eat before bed?
Are the Goji berries referred to in the video dried like the cherries the had no melatonin or are they fresh? Goji berries are usually dried especially given the reasoning at 3:42 that drying the cherries may degrade the melatonin.
I need a goji tree in my backyard then…
cherries do something else. I have taken them several times and flt sleepy afterward (in a good way). I think it's the anti-oxident effect rather than the presence of a little melatonin.
Do you have to have the goji berries at bedtime? Or can you have it in trail mix during the day?

is this info still valid ? who can pay to send the goji berries dried and tart cherrie concentrate juice to lab in 2021 to see which one has more melatonin in them ? nice to see almond and raspberries has as well so one can snack on all 3 and sleep 6-9 hours in haven 😀
Pistachios have the most melatonin.
