  1. After years of following your channel, I still find your videos as tasteful and refreshing as newly chopped veggies!!❤😂❤😂 You reman very courteous, extremely informative, with well-selected content, and of course your sexy accent. 🎉 Thank you for all the healthful tips you have given me to better navigate my vegan lifestyle. I am 73 years old, but I have not one single health problem, no meds, glasses not required for reading or driving, and I still have a full head of hair, lift weights 3 days a week, and practice Tai Kwon Do. lol. Most people guess my age to be in the 50's. So I can attest to the efficacy of living a life of faith in Jesus Christ, and adhearing to the diet that God planned for all people as recorded in the Bible, Genesis chapter 1, verse 29! Keep up the good work and I continue to pray for your success! 👍😊🙏🙂🙏😊🙏

  2. I never buy pre-cut fruit and vegetables, but I do cook whole food plant-based meals which enable me to refrigerate the leftovers and eat them the following day. While that wasn't the subject of this video, I wondered whether that is also sub-optimal?

  3. This is a revelation to me. I have been WFPB for almost 4 years and for the past year and a half I've been suffering from inflammation in various parts of the body which I and my GP cannot find a reason for. Except that I've been preparing meals in advance more and more and sometimes I eat them 7-8 days after I've prepared them, thinking that they're fine in the fridge. I rely on a food bank and they often give us things past their best so I have to cook everything straight away and keep it in the fridge in airtight containers and they seem to taste OK for several days but now I will be reviewing this way of cooking and see if my inflammation improves.

  4. So unlike pre cut fresh fruits and vegetables, pre cut frozen fruits and vegetables are just as good as uncut fresh fruits and vegetables?

  5. Thx for reviewing this topic. I always buy whole uncut, just on gut feeling alone. But i do remember Dr Greger saying to chop gralic and onions about 45 minutes before cooking them for beneficial antioxidants to form.

And also crucifers. There's something about their cells being crushed to release myrosinase that gets them to produce sulforaphane.

  6. Oh – oh – time to change my buying habits, and start chopping my own greens. Thanks for this video. I do appreciate how you and Dr Greger presented it. Thank you for all that you do with your videos to give us timely information!

  7. Gosh I really have to work on cutting my own fruit and veg – I'll never buy predone ones again. I find that for example prechopped mango in my local Sainsbury's tastes like it has sulphites in it or something 🤢(even though its label doesn't say so in the ingredients section). Thank you for sharing👍.
