  1. Omega 3s are highly anti-inflammatory which is extremely needed on the SAD… this video just kinda cut off?? Idk. This video wasn't all that, not gonna lie. Eat your fish, take your fish oil.

  2. DHA supplementation is a total failure when it comes to helping anything. Humans need unadulterated ALA Omega 3 and LA Omega 6 in even greater quantities than ALA Omega 3.

  3. I want to know if it is helpful or harmful to take algae-derived supplements (which run about $50/bottle) when pregnant or breastfeeding.
    This video alludes to a previous video on the subject, but that video only addresses consuming fish and fish-derived DHA when pregnant. Do vegan women get enough DHA to support pregnancy and breastfeeding? Should we supplement with algae? Might there be any harm in supplementing to the baby?
    Thanks so much for all you do to inform vegans, and the broader audience, about nutrition!

    This just makes me more insecure about the information we are given

  5. this video has left me confused about omegas? i thought an algae based omega (EPA & DHA) was recommended by Dr G?

  6. We are over fishing the oceans making most fish stocks collapse. 
    There will soon be more plastic waste than fish in the sea.
    We need to do a better job of protecting nature and the very environment we need to survive.

  8. There is a lot on omega 3 and omega 6 ratio and its importance around. I haven't found anything specific on this subject Dr Greger, even though you have numerous vids on DHA and Omega 3. Would you consider doing a presentation on current research? Thank you.
