What about a Whole Food Plant based diet such as Mushrooms and Exercise outside in the Sunlight along with a Vitamin D Supplement during the Winter. So the Lockdowns are a real Killer.

So now when it comes to vitamin D you dismiss claims because they’re observational. However, I’ve notice that you love supporting many other claims using observational studies… am I missing something here?
But is taking vitamin D+K bad ? or does it have any benefits.

Good info, thank you! Dr Caroline Dean has stated that there is no need to supplement D3 if magnesium, zinc, boron, A and K2 are at proper levels.

So what’s the optimal amount ? I may have missed it.
All I know is that when I get plenty of sun exposure in the summer, or regularly use the tanning booth in the winter, or take around 10 000 iu of vitamin D a day in the winter if I don’t have access to a tanning booth, then the numbness in the toes, tingling, weakness, and buzziness of the nerves coming down from my back to my toes (whatever that is), is minimized. It is the most essential nutrient I take, but is always best with an hour or so a day of simple summer sun on my back especially:) I wish I lived in a year round warm sunny climate.
I wish that you'd come up with a gentler intro music that isn't oversaturated, and doesn't stress my speakers. It's rather jolting, as it is.

I have just got on food grade HP about 3 weeks ago and my blood sugar has not been this stable in 30 years. I have taken 10000iu of vitamin D for years and it didn’t do Jack squat. The HP puts oxygen in your blood and that kills off the bacteria and pathogens that cause insulin resistance.
Vitamin D supplements seem to agitate me, I end up super angry and its quite unpleasant because I recognise their benefits
@Dr Greger ..Please look at the work of Dr Garland., Dr Holick, Dr Hollis, Carole Baggerly to understand the Vitamin D science and why different studies were negative….Dr. Greger, I hate to say it but you are wrong here and by far outdated….Why not have an interview with these Vitamin D experts……with this disinformation you are hurting people

I used to know a guy who worked at GNC who thought he'd cured someone's diabetes by giving them lots of vitamin D. I just sighed and shook my head. He was convinced. There was no swaying him.
This video isn't only 5 years old, but it's also plain wrong now and then. Greetings from someone who actually read a lot of the studies, listened to the vitamin D experts and is now healing her so called autoimmune disease of 40 years with high dose vitamin D and magnesium, the latter required for the synthesis of the former. Pretending vitamin D supplementation isn't really useful when studies on covid-19 deaths have shown that a deficiency comes with a ten times higher risk of death is really messed up. Unsubscribed.
