  1. What about the Keto diet? My levels have dropped and have stayed at healthy levels for over 6 months. Is it because of the high "fat" consumption?

  2. Simple Diet for Diabetes by a Naturopath is :
    Minimum of fresh Fruits for Breakfast is 10 × Body weight in kgms = gms

    Raw vegetables and Greens is 10 × Body weight in kgms = gms
    Raw Vegetables To be Eaten half at Lunch and half at dinner.
    Say if the body weight is 70 kgms then Minimum of Fruits to be consumed is 700 gms
    and 700 gms Raw Vegetables
    Per day.
    Raw vegetables to be eaten first before the home cooked meal both at lunch and Dinner.
    Home cooked meal is vegetarian until the Diabetes is reversed.

    At the same time No processed and Refined food and drinks.
    No milk and milk products..
    No animal protein

    Once diabetes Reversed & healthy upto individuals how to cater and manage.

  3. Why do people who eat a healthy omnivore diet,( meat and veg.) not get sick. Just eliminate veg. Oil, sugar, and avoid wheat, all of which come from plants.

  4. Doctor, if we can only choose between two types of seeds, which seeds would you reccomend? I have chia, hemp, and flax right now and it's not cost effective to be eating all the top 5 seeds at once.

  5. You didn't make a video on the study that came out at the beginning of the month saying the optimal was 5 servings of fruits and vegetables for all cause mortality, CVD, and cancer, and that more could in fact be worse..

  6. Awesome news. My husband has diabetes and I am pre diabetic. Over the last year we have been transitioning into a more plant based diet. It's been fun & exciting, time consuming and at times difficult. Finding you has been a huge support for us. Thank you doctor & God bless you.💕
