Hello Everyone, learn how to make grated Vegan Parmesan that taste like the real thing!

// INGREDIENTS (for about 200 gr of Vegan Parmesan):
– 100 gr of bleached almonds
(whole, flakes they are both ok);
– 100 gr of cashew nuts;
– 20 gr of nutritional yeast;
– 1 tsp (3 gr) of salt;
– half tsp of miso (I used white miso)
