  1. Blending does not destroy the fiber. If it can pass through the digestive tract relatively unphased and withstand your molars and digestive enzymes, being roughed up by blender blades won't “destroy” it.

    This isn't the first time I hear this woman saying false information.

  2. Denaturing fruits and veggies by putting them in the blender and pulverizing them and eating the crushed fiber makes a big glucose spike. When we eat fruits and veggies, our teeth pulverize them as we eat. It's called chewing. The act of eating denatures all food we eat. What is the difference between mastication by a blender or by my teeth?
