  1. Very nice. If only such foods were more affordable these days. I remember when I used to be able to buy these foods regularly on a smaller salary or lower pay.

  2. Honestly pasta has gotta go. … it's just not even close to the same nutrition as whole grains.
I dunno how to explain to you – if you ever did DNA experiments with plant matter you will understand what milling does to the matter…
It's terrible in theory and terrible in practice.
Replace your pasta with whole beans and grains and see the difference.
I know I grew muscle after I cut it out without changing anything else. Processing is nasty …
    that includes hummus and tofu.

Too much black pepper is not good for health either. It has a long half life in the body so it stores up and begins to cause some issues.
A little salt to taste should be implemented.
I actually measured how much is a sprinkling of salt… and it's such a low number that it's the equivalent of eating tomatoes…
Issue is most people will add two teaspons or half a teaspoon to a pot of food… while 1/16th or 1/32 teaspoon of salt is plenty for taste. Also helps preserve it for a couple of days.

BTW if you don't use salt then ditch the pasta. It comes with added sodium. …

  3. I have everything that Dr. G recommends and follow his Daily dozen plus more. But being Italian I won’t give my Italian pasta. I get enough protein but not too much and my fiber is up to 70+ gr. I’m good. Kicked diabetes in 1 month and down 80lbs in 6 months. Obviously my pasta is not hurting me. This man is a blessing.

  4. I usually keep myself to the background when it comes to critizing your work Michael Gregor but, we got more important thing's to do then looking at some girl collecting your lifeswork…. I'd like to say more but no more.
