How Not to Age Is Out Now

How Not to Age is out now! If you preordered a copy, you should get it today. If you haven’t ordered yet, head to your favorite bookseller or library and pick up a copy.

There was so much juicy research on the many aspects of aging and longevity—more than 13,000 citations’ worth!—that I couldn’t even fit it all in. So, throughout the book, you will find links to special videos I made just for How Not to Age to provide you with even more life-changing, life-saving information. (A huge thank you to Avo Media for working tirelessly to make these videos in time for launch day!)

For a sneak peek of How Not to Age, check out the trailer or my brand-new presentation: https://nutritionfacts.org/book/how-not-to-age/.

As if new videos weren’t enough, I’ll also be doing something else for this book that’s completely new: a four-week book club starting at the end of January. Each week will be devoted to one of the sections of the book, with time reserved for Q&A. Stay tuned for more information at the beginning of the new year.

As always, all proceeds I receive from all of my books are donated to charity.

Thanks for watching. I hope you’ll join in the evidence-based nutrition revolution!
-Michael Greger, MD FACLM

64 Risposte a “How Not to Age Is Out Now”

  1. Got the book last week in at my local bookstore here in Germany. I am already half through the book and really love it. I obviously read it in english for all the puns that would otherwise be lost in translation 😀

  2. I bought the audio book on audible. Does anyone know how to get the accompanying PDF? Also, he refers to “see C.NF/ topic”. I don’t know what or where to find this thing called C.NF

  3. Pre-ordered from Amazon a few weeks ago. Can't wait to dive in! Thank you Dr. Greger for devoting three years of your life to write this book. And my sincere gratitude 🙏 for donating all of the profits to charity.❤❤❤

  4. I've just Googled "Healthiest Restaurant England". All I got was links to websites telling me that the healthiest restaurants were pizza places, or burger joints, or chicken / steak houses.
I despair. Web content creators in the UK don't have a clue about nutrition. One site seemed to be equating low calories with healthy food – so that small burgers with small portions of fries were recommended as healthy.

Dr Greger's work in book and video format is sooo important in cutting through the swamp of misinformation that is out there.

  5. I have looked but not seen a copy yet in Kuala Lumpur. When I do, this gem of a book will be my Christmas present to myself. Thank you Michael Greger, we all owe you so much.

  6. I preordered in the summer & it came in today .! I am SO EXCITED ! I am 74 & have all yr books including the cookbooks !! ❤ Thank you Dr Greger ! I am a 2x cancer survivor w serious cardiac issues . Became vegan 3 yrs ago . My VA DR is astounded at my bloodwork & said it is the bloodwork of an extremely healthy 50 yr old ! So thankful for you & the other plantbased healthy eating Dr's !

  7. Got my copy today, can't wait for the chapter on aging eyes, because the type is so small I will need it by then. I do enjoy nutritional facts and follow daily dozen but.

  8. May I respectively suggest that the next edition be printed with a LARGER typeface? Many elderly people will want to read this. It has smaller type than your previous books which is ironic given the subject matter.

  9. I just received the book yesterday and I am very disappointment with the print quality and will be returning mine. The paper is very thin and can easily rip. The font is also small. I'm sure the content is fantastic, but why did you go with such a poor quality print? If I'm paying almost $30 for a book I expect it to be somewhat high quality.
