10. Stop misinforming people. There is an AI (Adequate Intake) defined, but no RDA, or EAR. The AI for potassium is set to 3400 mg for male adults.

11. Anyway, healthy kidneys should be ok with any potassium intake from 2 to 30 grams. Especially if salt intake is low.
