Ci siamo davvero evoluti mangiando così tanti cibi vegetali?

• Verdura antitumorale n. 1 ( http://nutritionfacts.org /video/1-anticancer-vegetable/)
http://nutritionfacts.org/video/the-best-detox/)
• Protezione del DNA dai broccoli (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/dna-protection-from- broccoli/) • Prevenire il cancro al seno con le verdure necessarie (http: //nutritionfacts.org///06/ prevenire-il-cancro-al-seno-con-qualsiasi-verde-necessario/)

In quale altro modo possiamo proteggere i nostri Funzione immunitaria?

  1. Ah hahahaha they are trying to make a drug from broccoli rather than just tell you to eat it. This way, all you have to do is take a pill so that you can still have room in your tummy for more processed food. I'll eat my broccoli, thanks 😉

  2. You Sir, are a treasure! I've always wondered what happened to all the great science that cannot be 'commoditized' in one fluid motion ie creating a Youtube channel, you solved the problem. Thank you on behalf of all of us who have neither the training nor motivation to swim through the turbulence of cutting edge research! I also apologize for the low patronage; we are clueless whats good for us! Gods peace to you!

  3. I like the tender stems of broccoli raw. I buy the bigger heads for cooking. Thanks for the information. Even if I don't understand all the science involved at least I know the overall message about what to eat is very simple.

  4. Maybe this nee discovery is why the rice of fresh broccoli just increased 300% about a month ago, even here in Santa Cruz, probably the broccoli capitol of the world, and at the beginning of height of the season. If people can't afford vegetables, they 'll NEED the drug!

  5. Raw cannabis leaves are leafy greens too. Juicing them doesn't get you high either as long as they are raw. Once its processed, like made into butter or smoked dried is when it has that THC. CBD for me please. Leafy greens yay.

  6. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for this information – im going to do further study on the intraepithelial lymphocytes – our personal army and best friends.

  7. Truly appreciate you and your work Dr. Greger. I have been watching every single one of your uploads since I subscribed. I plan on donating to further your cause

  8. Nogoya Dagaati is right!  You are a treasure.  I love learning about all the stuff you come up with.  It is interesting and continually reinforces all the reasons to eat a plant based diet.  I now depend on you so much.  Thank you!

  9. I have been trying to tell everyone I know, including my parents, how important it is to eat plenty of green vegetables, and every other vegetable, but I still have hard time convincing them. Well, one day I will succeed! 🙂
