A somewhat misleading title and follow-through in this video. Healthiest for who? Each of these plants has different actions on the body. What might be healthy for you might not be for a majority of others. You can't just value a substance just based on the quantity of anti-oxidants. Koreans themselves have a long history of herbal use and knowledge and probably dont make the same mistake as we do in this.

Why would these Koreans do this study if they didn't care so much about anti-oxidant levels of teas?
Have you ever heard of Honeybush herbal tea from South Africa? It is similar to Rooibos but some studies show that it has more health benefits such as regulating and even lowering blood sugar levels. (anti-diabetic effects)
Read up on the benefits of Chinese White Tea, which is immature green tea leaves I believe, in regards to benefits to connective tissues.

How does matcha rate against these tea?
Hibiscus is known to be by far healthiest now.
On Crete, there's a traditional herbal mix known as 'sarantavotano', which literally means 40 herbs.
how about hibiscus tea?
Drink them all! I alternate between dandelion, hibiscus, rooibos, matcha, and ginger turmeric teas. Get all the different benefits of each and boosting antioxidants with all of the above.
Dr Greger, does dandelion have estrogenic effects? Would it stimulate breast cancer?
I noticed coffeeberry extract listed on an herbal tea drink. I looked up coffeeberry and there are a bunch of issues with it. How good or bad for us is coffeeberry extract?
Any chance of getting this updated? Things change.
