  1. I noticed that whenever vegans don't have a sound argument about an issue, they make a documentary that speaks in their favor while acting as though it's actually true!

  2. Hmmm let's see. In rural China and south east Asia if you wanna go broke become a cardiologist or diabetes doctor….these are primarily plant based diet areas….if you wanna be wealthy and live in a million dollar home and drive a Porsche be that doctor in. Any town…USA. These are primarily fried animal products sugar and highly processed fast food from animal products area

  3. Well it doesn't matter what we eat, we're going to destroy ourselves anyway. If we can't stop fighting and looking after our planet, it's not really a relevant question. So we need to get our act together, wake up and smell the Rose's….

  4. I made the conscious decision to refrain from buying plant based donuts, scones and replacement "meats" today. I gained weight over the last year by eating unhealthy plant-based foods. Steering back toward whole-food plant-based to trim a few pounds and feel better again.

  5. the best thing you can do is buy local, seasonal , organic and fresh
Connect to your food, support local farmers, and get in tune with the seasons.
+the blue zones do have a lot whole foods in their diet but they do still eat fish and meat.
It‘s not just that it‘s also a stress free life and good company.
You can try and eat healthy all you want but if you are constantly over stressed even the healthiest food won‘t save you, so it‘s also so much about HOW you eat your food and how you are feeling emotionally and mentally.

Vegansim in itsself is not the best nor the healthiest way to live, it‘s a very layered topic, and one size doesn‘t fit all.

  6. 💚💚💚💚 I have been traveling across the country spreading veganism, and encouraging everyone to eat a whole food, plant based vegan diet. Hope to meet vegans on the trail

  7. ❤Only for fans over 18 year⤵️ Alles sehr schön. Aber zuerst zusammen die Nummern 10 und 1. Eine empr.ONLINE Brünette und eine andere Blondine. Es wäre unfair, wennr ich 4 wählen würde

  8. My yearly Chem panel, CBC, B-12, Vitamin D, and other blood tests are always perfect. Been vegan for 6 years now. I always tell my physician that it's due to my plant based diet and exercise 4 times a week.

  9. The Blue Zone with the longest lifespan are the Seventh Day Adventists. They are encouraged by their religion to not eat meat. The vegans among them had lower rates of several of the most common chronic, deadly diseases. The vegans among them were the only dietary group among them with an average BMI in the recommended range, according to the Adventist Health Studies. Link to the studies at my channel under "About."

  10. None of the Blue Zones were or are vegan. They all consume some animal sourced food. The main food common to all the zones is pork.

  11. Without the addition of supplements ANY vegan diet is doomed for failure & very unhealthy. And I say this as a 10-year thriving vegan myself!

  12. Very easy to be vegan, while it is a victim involved, a life, an individual who does not want to die and we have the means, the technology to avoid animal suffering why shouldn't we? I chose life, I chose to leave this planet better than when I arrived, I chose to look at myself in the mirror and know that I am on the good side of the story…. is that simple.

  13. None of the blue zones are vegan. So the answer is eat meat along with fruits and vegetables to thrive long term. I would guess seafood is a predominate part of all the blue zones. That’s another major takeaway.

  14. A very simple and proven message yet only a tiny minority understands and adheres to this. Visit any grocery store and watch people salivate at the meat counter.

  15. The healthiest diet is plant-based with the occasional low-mercury fish. Veggies, beans, peas, nuts, grains, oats. Low sugar too.

  16. vegan here. unfortunately I have to say that Sardinians in Italy do eat LOADS of meat! they particularly like to put an entire pig on skewer to roast it and stuff like that (which is pretty gross). it's also true that they also eat great quantity of pulses, non-processed vegs and fruit, but I don't think I would consider their diets to be mainly plant based :/ perhaps their longevity and general good health might show that eating whole plant foods can counteract the negative effects of cholesterol and saturated fats…

  17. Eggs are consumed in all five Blue Zones diets, where people eat them an average of two to four times per week. As with meat protein, the egg is a side dish, eaten alongside a larger portion of a whole-grain or other plant-based feature.
