Looks like something my dog would make
Looks delish!
thumbnail looks like poo, please fix
Good idea 😮🔥
Do you have to grind seeds ? Don’t they go soft with soaking ?
Pudding? Are you telling me I put too much flax in my smoothies? They're basically this thick lol
Such a great way to get my flaxseeds instead of just tossing them in a smoothie
Great idea. Otherwise I don't eat chia seeds, but a great way to incorporate them
Use yout teeth instead except for the seeds, you wont disrupt the fiber and wont oxydize some nutrients.
blender can actually break down chia seeds, you can first use the blender to break the dry seeds.
🖐🏽
That looks like the morning after a night of Taco Bell.
How much of each?
Love how simple this is
We can thank ourselves for this quick, easy, and delightful preparation 🎉❤ Improve flavor, enhance health, and economize for efficiency: prepare several servings of this poured over cinnamon, rasins, rosemary, and oats overnight and then for days and weeks after preparation. As the mixture chills over the days following preparation it becomes obvious: soaked chilling allows time to do the work of preparation for you while this chill-time effortlessly reveals flavors of whole plant foods, flavors which can also be revealed with other forms of cooking.
If you want a prettier Color you can use psyliam husks too. Just make sure you dont use too many, because they soak up more liquid than chia seeds.
Sugar overload. You'll gain a lot of weight.
