  1. Does it have to be matcha, or green tea?

Why couldn't one do this with any tea leaves?  Is it just green tea, or matcha, or whatever.  Assuming it is really tea, why not just break open the tea bag and let the tea mix with the water and eat it/drink it?  I'm assuming tea the planet, not tea the generic idea of infusing plant extracts into water?

  2. There is much written in the Australian media regarding organ transplants due to damage caused by matcha.
The liver appears to be the organ damaged more frequently.
Several Australian medical authorities are currently examining this issue, so that the usage can be safely regulated.

  3. I know matcha tea has a shelf life but past that shelf life does the nutritional benefits go away? I have been throwing in old matcha with my green smoothies or soups.

  4. There are 3 grades of matcha. Is there a nutritional difference between culinary grade, premium grade, and ceremonial grade matcha? Does it matter which one I drink or is it just a flavor preference?

  5. Bought some today – how much to use – 1 tsp per serving? hahah If my eyes are right it was 1.5 gram and 3 times per day. Google says 1.5 gram is roughly 1 teaspoon so 3 of those per day.

  6. Thanks for the vid. A very important topic to cover in the near future (I hope) is "Radiation in Matcha green tea". Since Fukushima, that's been an issue in Japan and export tea from them.
